1. The promotional period commences on 1 April 2011 and expires on 31 May 2011 ("Promotional Period"). To participate in “Pay New Bill and Win a KFC Meal!” promotion, a bill must not have been registered with any PPS account prior to 1 April 2011 (“New Bill”).
2. The “KFC Original Drumstick + Soft Drink (Medium)” Coupon (“Prize”) will be offered to each PPS Customer who pays any New Bill with minimum of HK$20 for the first time via PPS successfully (“Customer”) (excluding transactions via PPS VISA Money Transfer, PPS Shop & Buy and PPS Instant Online Ticketing Service) during the Promotion Period. Customers may redeem the meal after 11:00am at any KFC Stores (except KFC Store at Sha Tin Racecourse) in Hong Kong; valid for both dine-in and take-out; not valid for delivery. Each PPS account is entitled to one Prize only on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last (30,000 prizes). Eligible Customers will receive the relevant coupon by mail according to their Hong Kong postal addresses which are registered at ppshk.com on or before 15 July 2011.
3. Meal items cannot be changed. If drumstick cannot be offered by KFC, it will be changed to one piece of chicken wing.
4. Customers must set up his/her Internet Password for submitting his/her correct name and address via “Account Settings – Edit Settings” at ppshk.com on or before 31 May 2011. Late submission will not be entertained. Only Hong Kong address is accepted. EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Company") shall not be liable for any loss of Customer due to the submission of incomplete/wrong name and/or address and no Prize will be issued again.
5. The Company will verify the relevant payment information against the Company’s records which shall be final and conclusive.
6. Eligible customers must not cancel their PPS account or the bills registered under this promotion before 15 July 2011.
7. Any coupon/gifts received during this promotion cannot be converted to cash, and are not transferable, refundable or replaceable. The Company reserves the right to replace the offer with an alternative gift of similar value without prior notice. The Company has no liability on the quality of the products and/or services provided by the merchants under this promotion.
8. The Company reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. The Company shall not be responsible for any damages, costs, expenses or losses incurred by any Customer as a result of early termination of this promotion.
9. The Company reserves the right to use any personal information collected for further communication of the promotion. Customers who do not wish to receive such promotional materials must logon ppshk.com and update the record at “Account Settings - Edit Settings”.
10. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
