  • System Upgrade Schedule


  • During the period of system upgrade, PPS Internet and App services including bill payment and PPS shop & buy service will be suspended. Previously set scheduled payment and monthly payment instruction will not be affected. If you wish to pay bills during the system upgrade period, please use PPS by Phone (Register Bill 18011, Pay Bill 18031). We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  • SMS Sender Registration Scheme


  • To assist the public in verifying the identities of SMS senders, PPS has joined the "SMS Sender Registration Scheme" launched by the Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA). Starting from 20 Jan 2025 9:00 a.m., PPS will use the below "Registered SMS Sender IDs" with prefix "#" to send SMS to local mobile service subscribers in Hong Kong.

    Please note that the Scheme is not applicable to two-way SMS of which the receiving party is expected to reply; or local subscribers of Single-Card-Multiple-Numbers / One-Card-Two-Numbers mobile service provided by non-Hong Kong operators.

    Reminder: If you receive an SMS claiming to be from "PPS" but the Sender ID does not start with "#" and is not one of those listed above, please be vigilant. Do not reply to these SMSs, refrain from disclosing any personal or account information and avoid clicking on suspicious links.

  • PPS would like to alert customers about phishing social media advertisements and fraudulent websites purported to be from PPS


  • PPS will not embed hyperlinks in social media advertisements which direct customers to its website or mobile App to perform transactions, OR request for login credentials, one-time passwords (OTP) and any other personal information. PPS reiterates the correct PPS website address is www.ppshk.com, please do not provide your PPS account information through any other website or hyperlinks. If customers need to access PPS online, please key in the correct website address at the browser's address bar OR download the official PPS on mobile App through Google Play or Apple App Store.
