“PPS X Tung Wah Charity Gala” Terms and Conditions
1.
 The promotional period is from 1 December 2019 to 31 December 2019 (19:00), both dates inclusive and based on PPS system’s time (the “Promotional Period”).

During promotion period, PPS will donate an additional HK$50 to Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (the “Participating Merchant”) for every transaction which fulfil the following requirements (the “Eligible Transactions”):
a. Made by PPS customers who have a valid PPS account (the “Eligible Customers”); and
b. With donations of HK$50 or above in a single successful transaction via PPS merchant code 9216.

 The maximum donation amount from PPS is HK$100,000. PPS will announce the actual donation amount on or before 13 January 2020 at PPS website.

 Transactions which are found to be fraudulent or have ultimately ended up in refund are not eligible for this promotion.

 The promotion is subject to these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Participating Merchant and they may be subject to change. The promotion may be terminated by EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Company”) and the Participating Merchant at their discretion at any time. The latest details of the promotion and the revised version of these terms and conditions will be made available on the relevant website as soon as practicable (if applicable).

 In case of any dispute arising out of this promotion, the decision of the Company and/or the respective Participating Merchant shall be final and conclusive.
7.
 In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
